
Hey everyone, hope your having an AWESOME day today. I wanted to share with you T.Rae and Karina’s weight loss progress.
In the past couple of months these two women have been so kindly enough to let me document their weight loss program. Each and every single month these women having been losing an average of 15 pounds per month.
It’s month #3 and they hit a plateau at the beginning of this month. Just like most people who are on a fitness and nutrition program, if you do the same workouts and eat the same diet…it is just a matter of time when your body will stop seeing change.
This is totally normal. So when we realized that both women’s weight wasn’t moving down, I decided to get them on a higher intense cardio and resistance program.
I not only had to change their workouts, but I also had to adjust their nutrition. I ended up putting them on a carb cycling diet.

Carb cycling is when you rotate your higher carb days with mixing in lower carb days.
This was the formula I used:
- 3 days in a row they had a low carb meal plan
- 4th day they had a high carb day
- On their low carb days was their high intensity cardio training days where their heart rate had to get up to 170 bpm for an average of 45 minutes.
By just adjusting their nutrition and changing up their workouts, within a week Karina lost 15 pounds and T.Rae lost 8 pounds.
In the last 90 days these two have lost a total of 90 pounds.
Because I was monitoring their progress and making slight alterations they were able to get past that dreaded plateau.
