The main thing with exercising and getting started on a weight loss plan is that you don’t need any fancy equipment.

The key is to keep your heart rate at least above 150 bpm for 30 minutes or more.

Today Pleasant Hill Personal Trainer, Jenn is going to share another at home workout:

  1. Jump rope
  2. Jump squat
  3. Burpee jump squat
  4. Plyometric Step Ups
  5. Moutain Climbers w/ paper towels or furniture movers
  6. Push-Ups
  7. Plyometric Push-Ups

Try to do each exercise for 60 seconds each and give yourself a 60 second break after completing all 7 exercises consecutively.

Repeat this exercise around until you reached the 30-45 minute mark. This is a great at home workout that doesn’t require any equipment.
