<p>Okay, so we&rsquo;re here with your outdoor workout. So basically I&rsquo;m at a park; all I need is a medium tube, I got my jump rope over there and I got a swing, that&rsquo;s it. So I&rsquo;m gonna run through a couple reps of each exercise, you guys are gonna do, literally, one minute, two minutes or like 50 or 100 of each rep.The first three exercises are gonna be here with your feet on here. So your gonna put your hands on here and your feet are on here, these are called pikes. The first exercise, boom! So you have a timer right here, right in front of you, soon as your done with that go into tucks. So you got pikes first then tucks. Then you take one leg out and mimic a mountain-climber. So keep your body flat, then go right to the other side. Soon as your done with that, you&rsquo;re gonna go and grab this. Put your arms here to extend the arms out, squat jumps. Again: time or reps, whatever you can do, good. Soon as your done with that your gonna do what I call posterior reach. Jump, press down and then reach up as you jump so two of the same kind of exercises. But it&rsquo;s all core so don&rsquo;t hyper-extend your back, just jump.</p>
<p>Soon as you&rsquo;re done with that, face down jumping jacks. So basically you&rsquo;ll be here, feet and hands together, push up, in. Push up, in. Soon as your done with that, you can do this with tension if you want to. So you could literally have your hands behind you, you should probably want to put it on something low.&nbsp; Let&rsquo;s just pretend like we don&rsquo;t even have that. Hands by the ears and give me high knees. Go for time, soon as you&rsquo;re done with that one you go right over, as fast as you possibly can, (probably should have had this thing already set up and already laid out) and you go right into some jump rope. Super frustrated right now&hellip;Okay, get tricky with it, practice it and give me criss-cross or regular jumping rope. So here, you wanna get crazy, you wanna get really crazy&hellip;soon as you&rsquo;re done with that go right back to those pikes.</p>
<p>Hope you liked it. I barely did anything compared to your one, two minute 50 rep, 100 rep, whatever it is. Go around this, get your heart rate elevated, no rest in between. Keep it a cardio workout; Outdoor workout for you, no excuse. You don&rsquo;t even need, if for some reason you don&rsquo;t have the jump rope, you don&rsquo;t have a tube, you don&rsquo;t need anything. Use your body, use that swing. Outdoor workout for you, go crazy on cardio, have fun.</p>

<p>The main thing with exercising and getting started on a weight loss plan is that you don&#8217;t need any fancy equipment.</p>
<p><strong>The key is to keep your heart rate at least above 150 bpm for 30 minutes or more</strong>.</p>
<p>Today Pleasant Hill Personal Trainer, Jenn is going to share another at home workout:</p>
<ol>
<li><strong>Jump rope</strong></li>
<li><strong>Jump squat</strong></li>
<li><strong>Burpee jump squat</strong></li>
<li><strong>Plyometric Step Ups</strong></li>
<li><strong>Moutain Climbers w/ paper towels or furniture movers</strong></li>
<li><strong>Push-Ups</strong></li>
<li><strong>Plyometric Push-Ups</strong></li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Try to do each exercise for 60 seconds each and give yourself a 60 second break after completing all 7 exercises consecutively.</strong></p>
<p>Repeat this exercise around until you reached the <strong>30-45 minute </strong>mark. This is a great at home workout that doesn&#8217;t require any equipment.</p>
<p>So the next time your on the go and don&#8217;t have time to hit the gym, watch this video and try this at home weight loss workout.</p>

<p>Hey everyone, hope your having an AWESOME day today. I wanted to share with you T.Rae and Karina&#8217;s weight loss progress.</p>
<p>In the past couple of months these two women have been so kindly enough to let me document their weight loss program. <strong>Each and every single month these women having been losing an average of 15 pounds per month.</strong></p>
<p>It&#8217;s month #3 and they hit a plateau at the beginning of this month. <strong>Just like most people who are on a fitness and nutrition program, if you do the same workouts and eat the same diet&#8230;it is just a matter of time when your body will stop seeing change</strong>.</p>
<p><strong>This is totally normal.</strong> So when we realized that both women&#8217;s weight wasn&#8217;t moving down, I decided to get them on&nbsp;a higher intense cardio and resistance program.</p>
<p>I not only had to change their workouts, but I also had to adjust their nutrition. <strong>I ended up putting them on a carb cycling diet.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Carb cycling</strong> is when you rotate your higher carb days with mixing in lower carb days.</p>
<p>This was the formula I used:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>3 days in a row they had a low carb meal plan</strong></li>
<li><strong>4th day they had a high carb day</strong></li>
<li><strong>On their low carb days was their high intensity cardio training days where their heart rate had to get up to 170 bpm for an average of 45 minutes.</strong></li>
</ul>
<p>By just adjusting their nutrition and changing up their workouts, within a week <strong>Karina lost 15 pounds and T.Rae lost 8 pounds.</strong></p>
<p><strong>In the last 90 days these two have lost a total of 90 pounds. </strong></p>
<p>Because I was monitoring their progress and making slight alterations they were able to get past that dreaded plateau.</p>

<p>If your trying to lose weight and eat healthier, fresh water fish is high in protein and contains healthy fat such as omega-3&#8242;s and fish oils.</p>
<p><strong>But too much of a good thing can be bad for you. </strong>Because fish and shell fish come from the sea, it will have high contents of sodium. Having too much sodium in your diet can result in water retention, weight gain, dehydration, cramping, &amp; fatigue.</p>
<p><strong>Your daily consumption of sodium should never exceed 1500 mg a day. </strong>So before you go on a seafood diet make sure you calculate how much sodium your intaking per meal.</p>
<p><strong>Here&#8217;s a few facts for you:</strong></p>
<p><strong>1) 3 ounces of shrimp = 350 mg of sodium</strong></p>
<p><strong>2) 3 ounce lobster = 450-500 mg of sodium</strong></p>

<p><strong>4) Salmon is considered to have the highest fat content&nbsp;compared to&nbsp;the other fish. So try to limit your consumption of salmon.</strong></p>
<p><strong>5) Stick to white fish like tilapia. Tilapia has low contents of fat and higher grams of protein per serving. </strong></p>
<p>So the next time you are in the grocery store and are in the mood for some seafood&#8230;keep in mind the amount of sodium and fat you will be consuming.</p>
